Benefits and What NOT to Forget

As summer camps around New Jersey are all starting for the summer, Team ELM is reflecting on and remembering our experiences, specifically the 'Sleep Away' style. Summer camps help children to learn and grow in a very different and fun way than they have throughout the year. Instead of books and projects, there are adventures and counselors! New lessons on friendship, collaboration, conflict resolution, and resiliency await our families this summer. We can't wait to hear about and assist your children in making leaps and bounds in their education this summer. 

Sleep Away Camp requires much planning and organization of our families as they get their summer 'must have' items together. You'll find the familiar, sunscreen, bug spray, towel, sheets, and bathing suits, and more listed. Team ELM would like to remind you of the specific things you might not find on that list to bring with you this summer. 

Do NOT forget:
1. a package of courage
2. a bundle bit of determination
3. a cup of silly
4. a gallon of excitement
5. a hard copy picture of you your favorite team ELM babysitter
6. a letter writing kit to write home to your loving family and babysitters at Team ELM
