Staying Safe During COVID!

Here at Team ELM we know the past 7 months have been filled with scary and uncertain times. Which is hard for us because our goal is to always provide safe and reliable care for your family. We are always here for you and now more that ever we want you to know we are doing everything we can to live up to the expectation and keep both our Team ELM families and staff, happy and healthy!

We do want to let you know about the certain safety precautions we've taken this year regarding COVID- 19. The first thing that we’ve provided a bag of items for all our sitters to bring with them to every job, inside includes masks, gloves, hand sanitizer, and disinfecting wipes. That way they’re completely taken care of, if they do want to wear masks inside the home, or that is something that you as well want them to do. We will also have them wipe down surfaces when they arrive and before they leave to ensure extra safety. We will have constant communication with our staff regarding any symptoms, if they feel sick at all, or the least bit under the weather, that’s when we will have them cancel instead of coming to your home. We are having our sitters take their temperatures daily and report back to us, and those have been kept track of. We also ask that if ever anyone in your home is feeling unwell at all, to please let us know, ensuring safety on both ends.
