Creating art expands a child's ability to interact with the world around them, and provides a new set of skills for self-expression and communication. Not only does art help to develop the right side of the brain, it also cultivates important skills that benefit a child's development. Art encourages self-expression and creativity and can build confidence as well as a sense of individual identity. All kinds of art can affect our mood in a positive way, making us feel happier, calmer, or even inspired to do something. In this Summer Session children will be exploring art using acrylic, watercolor paint on different mediums such as canvas, and construction paper. Creating things like salt art, nature paintings, tie dye and much much more! This club will also be offered twice this summer! Session 1 6/21-6/27 Block 1: 9:00 -11:00 AM Session 6 7/26-8/1 Block 2: 11:30 AM- 1:30 PM The Art Exploration Summer Session is $150.00, for the whole session!!
