Team ELM Summer Sessions are fast approaching! Don’t miss the opportunity for your child to experience our Nature & Adventure Club and all it has to offer! Not only can observing and being in nature spark fantastic, important, creative work from people such as philosophers, scientists, and artists, but it can also offer lessons for basic living: how to be healthy, how to be calm, and how to find balance, for instance. Nature provides countless opportunities for discovery, creativity, problem-solving, and STEM education. Interacting with natural environments allows children to learn by doing and experimenting with ideas. In nature, children think, question, and make hypotheses — thereby developing inquisitive minds. In this club we'll be teaching children how to explore nature safely, identifying poisonous, and non poisonous plants, ways to be calm such as meditation, especially in the right outdoor setting, how to be healthy and all about finding balance. This club will also be offered twice this summer! Session 2 6/28-7/4 Block 4: 5:30-6:30 PM Session 5 7/19-7/25 Block 5: 7:00-8:00 PM The Nature & Adventure Summer Session is $75, for the whole session!
